A series of office refurbishments in Glasgow and Edinburgh has meant a busy summer season for Axis Solutions.
The interiors projects have ranged from strip-outs and reinstatement work, office fit-outs, the development of an office and warehouse complex and the finishing touches to a earlier refurbishment project.
Sub-division and fit-out at 227 West George Street, Glasgow
The third floor of this busy city centre office building was being reworked to accommodate expansion plans for existing tenant, accountants Johnston Carmichael. We delivered a comprehensive sub-division package including mechanical and electrical alterations, floors, ceilings and decoration works as well as formation of new offices.
During the refurbishment we were awarded further fit-out works for Johnston Carmichael involving the creation of a new kitchen area and new glazed partition offices.
Enhancing the reception at Caledonian Exchange, Edinburgh
Following the extensive refurbishment works we carried out at Caledonian Exchange in Edinburgh earlier this year we have been awarded additional works within the reception area to further enhance the look of the reception space. The new project includes a bespoke TV display and new light boxes with feature manifestation.
Greencore Group, Clyde Gateway, Glasgow
Greencore Group is a leading international manufacturer of convenience foods, supplying a wide range of chilled, frozen and ambient foods to some of the most successful retail and food service customers in the UK and US. Following a competitive tender Axis Solutions was awarded the fit-out for the new Greencore Group facility in Glasgow’s Clyde Gateway development. Works included office interiors fit-out, new glazed demountable partitioning, creation of a new canteen, toilets, locker room as well as a new 30m x 18m walk in fridge.
Refurbishment of 90 St Vincent Street, Glasgow
Following the merger of BMK Solicitors in Glasgow with Wright Johnston & MacKenzie, the former BMK offices became vacant and Axis Solutions was instructed, after a competitive tender process, to complete a programme of refurbishment. The comprehensive refurbishment of the Glasgow city centre offices involves striping out existing partitioning, installing new partitioning and a new suspended ceiling. We will also provide new mechanical and electrical services, refurbish toilets, carry out redecoration and the installation of various floor finishes.
