Axis fitted out new office space in George Street, Edinburgh to house the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s Scottish based admin staff and provide facilities to hold disciplinary hearings.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council is the supervisory and regulatory body for nurses and midwives in the UK. The project involved the fit-out of new office space in George Street, Edinburgh to house NMC’s Scottish based admin staff and provide facilities to hold disciplinary hearings.
A new office interior
The layout of the new office interior includes staff offices, a hearing room and facilities for the hearing panel, defendants and witnesses. There is also a catering facility for staff and visitors. The project was completed to a very high standard, with attention to detail a focus throughout. The result was that the client was very impressed with the standard of workmanship and keen to continue the relationship.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council has recently taken an additional floor of space to create further hearing facilities and Axis are supplying the further fit-out works.
